“My art is like a diary, seismographic. That is my method. I completely relate to myself through it. Drawing and painting move through me, a conduit. Through my perception and gestures it becomes something else. The painting is an intelligent stain structure, it is not fixed. It is about fluidity, transparency, openness. I am not interested here in the exquisite, but the neglected, the unadorned, the uncensored.”
